Most of my closest girlfriends from high school came together here in Wimberley at the end of August. We lovingly call ourselves GC, for Girl Clan. I know, corny, but that pretty much describes us. :)
We spent the day at the river and then out to dinner at the Grist Mill in Gruene.
We try to get together at least once a year, especially if there have been no weddings or babies to bring us together. Many of us have been friends since elementary school and I am so thankful we continue to stay in touch and make the time to get together.

Tatum played photographer for us for a little while, but I'll spare the girls whose backsides made it into most of her shots. :)
We were missing sweet Jamie and her family, as well as Rachel and hubby Lee. We will certainly try to get everyone next time!
And as you can see by the picture, the next generation of GC is coming right along... we've got 4 little girls and 2 boys, with Raleigh on the way!
